SFOS 17.5.15 or HW-18.0.3_MR-3.SF300-457

I have a SG210 currently using SFOS 17.5. MR14. What is the difference between SFOS and HW? Should I upgrade to the 17.5 MR 15 or jump to the HW18 MR 3?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    I guess you are seeing this when going to My Sophos.

    So Hardware is for Hardware appliances and SFOS is for Virtual Appliances.

    If you search by the Serial Number of your device under (My Account >> Network Protection >> Firmware updates >> Search by Serial Number, it should give you the correct Platform.
