I have begun setting up to use 2 Factor Authentication for Sophos Connect VPN Connections.
Due to the need to deploying new TGB and SCX files for the clients, I need to add the users in small batches.
So in the OTP settings I have enabled OTP use, disabled the OTP for all users.
I have added the first few users, but I cannot enable the Auto Creation of tokens.
Every time I try I get an error message advising that OTP Settings Cannot be Saved.
I believe that I should be able to set the Auto Creation option, and then as I add users, it should create the Token codes so users can log in and set up the Authenticator Option.
