New 10GB card showing as disabled in interfaces list

You post is a bit short on details, please provide more details, eg sophos hardware version, XG version etc.

Apologies for the short detail, it's been years since I raised something in here.

I'm running version SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 on custom hardware, running an i5 box with 3 gigabit ethernet ports and 10gb card with sfp+ modules installed. I have been running this for a number of years without issue and the 10Gb card is a recent addition.

the big question is, is the card on the Sophos compatibility list? Did it default to 1gb.

Thanks for all your responses, from looking at the document it seems one of my SFP+ modules may be incompatible, will switch it out for a compatible one and report back.
