New 10GB card showing as disabled in interfaces list

Hi,

I recently installed a 10GB card, the card worked for a few minutes but now is showing up as disabled in the interfaces list in the XG. Any help appreciated.

    You post is a bit short on details, please provide more details, eg sophos hardware version, XG version etc.

    Apologies for the short detail, it's been years since I raised something in here.

    I'm running version SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 on custom hardware, running an i5 box with 3 gigabit ethernet ports and 10gb card with sfp+ modules installed. I have been running this for a number of years without issue and the 10Gb card is a recent addition.
