VPN NOT CONNECTING

Hi, 
 I have a problem with Sophos SSL VPN client connecting. I managed to configure it well but still has issues. Please find below the connection status and assist.

Thats not the point. 
 You need to have a public IP to connect to. This could be a DNS or a static IP, if you have one. 
 If you do not have both, you can use the free of charge Sophos DNS. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035708?language=en_US 
 Simple use one name of your choice. Put this into the overwrite Hostname.
