Firewall port access (ACT!)

I have a ACT! server for our CRM. It is able to accept inbound communication for port 65100 but outbound is not routing. Communication was working fine prior to upgrading from v17 to v18. I have tried setting up LAN -> LAN firewall rules for the port but I still seem to be missing something.

    Thank you for the screenshot (by the way you can upload the pictures directly in the community by going to Insert >> Image >> Upload, and then search for your image and click Open and Ok)

    Please make sure you also have a LAN to VPN firewall rule. If you are starting the traffic from the LAN.
