We are using Sophos XG 125 firewall XG125 C1A10XXXXXXXXXX
All the alerts notifications we are receiving in my Junk folder
like IPSec Connection , Daily backup
Please help

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!
Make sure you have added the Public IP of your XG to your SPF record, and that you are using a valid sender email address in the XG.
