All the alerts notifications we are receiving in my Junk folder
like IPSec Connection , Daily backup

please edit your post to remove your serial number, it is not required and exposes you to losing your XG licence.
Please post a copy of one of the messages and your mail scanning setup.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!
Make sure you have added the Public IP of your XG to your SPF record, and that you are using a valid sender email address in the XG.
