Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning

Hello,

I have a problem with the backup via email, it show me that the backup has been sent successfully but i receive nothing.

When i checked the "Web Console" it show me this message "Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning".

The problem started after upgrade the device from 17.0.8 to 17.5.14 MR-14-1.

Model: XG 85
