Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning

Hello,

I have a problem with the backup via email, it show me that the backup has been sent successfully but i receive nothing.

When i checked the "Web Console" it show me this message "Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning".

The problem started after upgrade the device from 17.0.8 to 17.5.14 MR-14-1.

Model: XG 85

  • Seems like the XG cannot send the Email and it is on the Spooler. Can you check the Email Spooler? 

    Do you use Email on this XG for Scanning? How should xg send the Backup? 

    Maybe you can move to Central as a Management platform and save the backups there?
