Mails blocked as spam by Sophos XG Firewall

Hello,

We recently migrated email from on-prem exchange server to O365.

If mail scanning is enabled on the firewall, the hybrid will not be able to communicate with the on-prem but if disabled, it does but mails will not get delivered.

I checked and noticed mails are kept for quarantine but after releasing those mails, they still did not get delivered to their respective recipients.

Kindly help.

    What is the current firmware version on your firewall?  Please provide the email protection configuration detail. 

    Did you configure email protection in MTA mode, or is it in legacy mode?
