Sophos XG v18.0.1 MR-1-Build396 Blocking attachmentys in chat boxes (Facebook chat etc.)

Dear All,

i am facing issue when i am trying to upload files in chat boxes more specifically compressed files.

I tried to identify what is blocking the attachments in sophos but i was unable to find anything.

Can you please assist me?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Please provide configuration details such as web filtering, application control, etc.

    You could also filter the logs from the log viewer with the source device IP address while replicating it.

    Thank you for your response!

    The Application control is not configured.

    The Web filtering has only the default policy and nothing else.

    I have also created an any any rule for the specific IP in order to perform my test and the issues remains.

    I tried to find anything blocked or rejected through the log viewer while replicating without any success.
