SFM incompatible with XG Firewall

Hello, 

I would apreciate some guidance with this scenario:

I have a Sophos Firewall Manager with one of its managed devices (Sophos XG Firewall 105w SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1) listed as "incompatible".

I found this KBA https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000039020?language=en_US wich would solve this issue, but I can't find the specified section: System & Monitor> Maintenance > Compatibility Management

When I navigate to System & Monitor> Maintenance, the only available sections are Backup & Restore, Firmware and Licensing.

The SFM's Firmware version is SFMOS 17.1.4 MR-4

Why Is not the Compatibility Management feature available in the SFM?

Is there any other workaround for this issue?

    Hello Emmosophos, 

    Thank you very much! I was looking into the wrong secttion. 

    Now, I'm not being able to find the compatibility file for the specific SFOS version 17.5.14

    This time I've looked into all the pages available.

    Is there a place where i can download the file so I can manually upload it?

    Hello mh3000,

    Thank you for the follow-up!

    If you click the Refresh List, you should be able to see 17.5.14, then you should be able to "Download" it might take a while to Download!
