Red 15 very slow connection

Hello,

I have XG on head office with 41 Red 15 in sites , the connection between head office and sites very slow cant even open remote desktop , I have Fiber on office and sites but different ISP providers, but all RED 15 shows connection from head office ISP instead of sites ISPs provider.

how to fix this slow connection ?

What Version do you use ? There is a bug in 18.0.1 (MR1) - download MR2 from My Sophos portal and the performance is back to normal ! MR2 is not officially listed anywhere but available for download !

Are you sure about the Bug of RED15 in MR1 and fixed in MR2? This should not be the case, as far as i know.
