Red 15 very slow connection

Hello,

I have XG on head office  with 41 Red 15 in sites , the connection between head office and sites very slow cant even open remote desktop , I have Fiber on office and sites but different ISP providers, but all RED 15 shows connection from head office ISP instead of sites ISPs provider.

how to fix this slow connection ?
