XG Home on SG115rev3

Hi,

I tried to install XG Home on an old SG115 Rev. 3. After deleting all Partitions the Installation of the Software ISO went fine, but at the end I'm not able to connect to the firewall over any Ethernetport. Only Eth0 is establishing a connection but no IP via DHCP. Also when I set the PC manual to 172.16.16.17/24 i cannot open 172.16.16.16:4444 or ping 172.16.16.16

I also installed the HW ISO for testing and everything works fine... so I don't think its a hardware failure.

I tried SW-17.5.14_MR-14-1-714.iso and SW-18.0.1_MR-1-Build396-396.iso

Did I forget something?

Hi,

the port numbering changes, so it will be a plug and play to find the correct port.

I tried it but only eth0 comes up... no link on any other port.

During the installation process you get access to the cli, when you install again, check the network settings. To get a wan link as well as a lan link you will need active connections on two interfaces.
