Sophos Lisence Activation URL Whitelist

Could you please check if the date and time are correct on the firewall under Administration > Time? 

Can you access the internet from the XG firewall? Try to ping google.com from Diagnostics > Ping. 

Please provide licensing logs while you try to register your firewall.

As I said, my router-firewall is currently isolated by the proxies.

What I'm asking is what URL I need to open the proxy for sophos firewall to activate the licence, not why I can't activate my licence.

As my licence is not activated, I cannot access the interface.

Looking at the licensing logs it's shows - It establish a connection to eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com/.../license

The domain you need to allow on your proxy is eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com
