Make XG85 work with Google Nest Wifi mesh

Hi,

XG does not recognise 3rd party APs. SO you will need to setup a nest management app.

It would be seen as just another network device. 

You would connect the nest using the WAN port if it has one and maybe put it in bridge mode.

If you connect the Google Wifi to one of the ports of the XG (LAN) then you can have the XG act as a Double NAT for the Google Wifi. 

And as mentioned by rfcat_vk, set the device in bridge mode, so the XG networks and the Google Wifi networks can talk to each other.

Thanks! I did finally find some detail on advanced setup and Google says the best approach is to put the XG router into bridge mode. It says putting the Google Wifi in bridge mode limits it significantly: https://support.google.com/wifi/answer/6240987?hl=en
