What is the current firmware version on your firewall? Did you try to reboot the firewall?
Are you able to SSH into the firewall? Check out this KBA: Sophos XG Firewall: How to SSH to the firewall using PuTTY utility.
Did you try to access your firewall from any other web browsers?
