Heartbeat service down?

Hi folks,

today it seems the heartbeat Sophos cloud service not working at all.

All XG firewalls using it are affected.

Anyone with the same issue?

Checked multiple accounts, there is no issue in my accounts (Datacenter Frankfurt).

Which datacenter are you using and can you post a screenshot?

Hi Toni,

I opened a ticket to the support and we did troubleshooting but starting from 11:05 CEST the heartbeat service come back again for all XG.

Strange thing also for the support team.
