Not able to backup transfer from CR50 iNG SFOS 17.5 MR14-1 to another XG135 SFOS 17.5 MR14-1,

When you try to upload the backup to XG135, did you get any error message? 

I would suggest you ensure a few things before you upload the backup to XG135: 

• There are no pending pattern updates.
• Ensure the default/custom CA details are properly configured
• Both the firewalls are in the same time zone and time.

pattern updates done but still showing error on restore backup. Unable to restore and MR14 also not show all network interfaces. please suggest.

Backup not restored in V17 Mr14 nor V18MR1.   also unable to update to V18 MR2 from MR1.
