WAN PORT

I have a sophos xg 125 firewall i have configured the wan port but when i connect the fiber cable to the WAN port its not blinking but the cable if put in the TP link WAN port and configure it it works . Both the wan port i have configured usinf the isp Ip address

    What is the output of the following command?

    # ethtool Port2

    If you connect any other device to that port, does it changes this behavior?

    Agree with Luca that port might be damaged, if you plug any other device and it shows as unplugged, please open a case with support as the device might need to be RMA.
