XG Firewall Web-Admin&Console access denied

Hello,

I need help with my device. I can't seem to access it via WAN or LAN, or Console. I had made a change - created a Firewall business rule for port forwarding.

My source/External was my device IP and Destination - to LAN in my network. After setting up and pressing the save button - then I had the issue of being unable to login into the device.

It wouldn't load the Web-Admin Page, I tried via the console port but couldn't either.

Please how do I access my device.

Did you configure the DNAT rule with any services? What did you put in the source zone and network? Are you able to connect to the firewall via a serial connection?

Hi H_Patel,

Yes I did...

Source = Any, Network = Any , Destination = Port2 Forward to #### on TCP

Protected Zone: is an IP on my LAN Zone.

Not able to connect to the firewall via a serial connection?

Hi Sophos User3062

Did you select services as "Any"? In this case, you will not be able to access WedAdmin on Port2 IP address, but this rule will not cause any issues if you try to access WebAdmin on the LAN interface.

Hi H_Patel,

Well I thought so regarding the LAN interface but I wasn't able to access the WebAdmin on it.

Any further thoughts?

Do you have a configuration backup of your firewall? If yes, I would suggest you re-image the firewall and upload configuration backup.
