I did a lab test with QuickCluster, using two vms, XG v18, it worked perfect, fast and easy, I found it fantastic.
Today I tried to make the same configuration with two XG 310, only remotely, the customer helping me on site.
I asked him to put a crossover cable in port 8 of each XG, only the box that will be the master has all the other cables connected (WAN, LAN .....), when I clicked on start the configuration, the boxes are found, but synchronization took well over 4 minutes and the cluster was not created.
Is it because the slave box is missing the other cables (WAN, LAN .....)?
