XG Home Firewall Bandwidth Graph Inaccurate

We pay for 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload bandwidth Internet. The XG Home Firewall is showing bandwidth discrepancies.

On the Control Center page, below the CPU usage indicator, it shows 3.8 MB/s for Bandwidth usage (which converts to 30.4 Mbps). Here the firewall is showing that we are maxing out our Internet. Also, we are experiencing lag with the Internet connection when bandwidth is maxed out.

Discrepancy 1 - The bandwidth graph in Control center | System: Performance | Network | Bandwidth never goes above 4M (which is equiv to 0.5 MB/sec). So, the bandwidth graph is only showing that we are using 16% of the 25 Mbps Internet download bandwidth provided by our ISP.

Discrepancy 2 - Under Current activities | Live Connections screen, when I examine Up and Down stream bandwidth (for apps, users and source IP), it only shows that 1 MB/sec (so, 8 Mbps) of bandwidth is being consumed.

Discrepancy 3 - Under Current activities | Live users, the Data transfer rate is 0.00 K, Upload and Download also shows 0 KB, but Internet usage time does show values such as 2 hours. So, I cannot account for the bandwidth usage under Live users. I would expect to see data transfer and up and download metrics to have values other than zero.

Overall, I am unable to see what is using up 30.4 Mbps of bandwidth as I am only seeing 8 Mbps usage in Live Connections. It seems that the units indicator, in the bandwidth graph (in Control center | System: Performance | Network | Bandwidth) is incorrect. It shows units of M (which means megabits), but it seems that it should really be MB (megabytes).
