VOIP video calls

Hello,

I installed VOIP phones and I can call without video with all phones, but when I try to call with video there is no signal...

I had trying a lot of ways but with no results.

Hi,

which firewall product are you using? What rules have you enabled? What ports does your VoIP provider recommend?

XG105(SFOS16.05.4MR)

In rules i tried alowing all the traffic, whatever source and destination with whatever services... And still no work.

The port that they use 5060.... I am not an expert, I wish that I response your questions.

please update to the at least v17.5.12 MR12. The version you are running is no longer supported.

OK, I am on this version now XG105 (SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13), but I still have issues with the video calls, the video is not showing, but It is not always, for example with GrandStream apk I can see the video but with zoiper and with another VOIP phone on lan neither.

now let us return some of my original questions.

1/. what ports do the apps require

2/. have you disabled audio and video scanning?
3/. Please post you firewall rules
4/. what ports are shown as being blocked by your existing firewall rules?

1: 5060 and a random port 10000-20000.

2: Its disable.

3: and 4: In my firewall I think i dont blocked anything, I was trying see in register the blocked interactions but they are not showed. If I can see the video with my phone with grandstream apk but I cant with other voip phones , is this for ports or firewall? Are not the same ports?

In my log viewer I can only see allowed traffic..

Hi,

change the firewall rule to allow all services And then look at the log viewer for the source up addresses to see what ports are actually used.

I want to see in the firewall register in real time what is incoming to my network. I can only see the output traffic (Lan to WAN) and I want to see Wan to LAN.

How can I see the connection with PBX and my network?

I can not know what is denied in my firewall...
