URLs showing as Uncategorized

Hello,

Currently using Sophos XG 115 firewall with firmware SFOS 17.5.12 MR-12.

As the subject says, all urls are showing as uncategorized. Can someone help me?

    service nsxld:restart -ds nosync

    But I would like to know why this happened.
