Hello There,

Appreciate to suggest for me suitable solutions in case the connection from Sophos SSL VPN  dropped as per the service provider action of blocking the corresponding port.

what are the alternative methods in order to reach to the office remotely ..

  • Hello Hager,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    1) I would check the port being used by the SSL VPN, and try to use 443 as this is regularly open at the ISP level for home users.

    2) Try using Sophos Connect Client (this one uses port 500 & 4500).

    3) A RED device which uses port 3400 & 3410

But I think to change the port that SSL VPN uses to 443 would be the best alternative.

    Regards,
