XG stopps forwarding packets

Hi all,

currently, my SG (home) stop forwarding packets.

I can't "browse".

I can't ping 8.8.8.8.

I am able to ping SG.

SG is able to ping 8.8.8.8.

DNS works (i ask the XG ... XG ask the ISP-DNS ... expected behavior)

No logging (no one topic) since problem starts .. Yesterday 22:26

Rebooting solves the problem ... for some time.

Someone an idea where to start investigation?

All my clients are switched back to SG ... never seen a similar problem there.

    Which Firmware Version do we talk about? 

    Is it the "broken" MR1 from back in the Days, because this issue sounds exactly like this issue.

    It's SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1

    But i can't see the build.

    There is no new update within the GUI.

    If you access the CLI, you should see the build. 

    You should use Build 396. No other MR1 Build should be used. 

    If you have another one, please upgrade to 396. You can download the SIG for this in mySophos.
