to allow blocked ip address through sophos firewall

ı be able to download process through google chrome but the persons cannot do ıt

my ip block 192.168.1.xxx
persons ip block 10.0.20.xxx

i didnt still find solve

The screenshot which you have provided in the previous post for invalid traffic shows traffic is coming from VPN so according to that I have suggested the action.

Please create a source IP based firewall rule for the specific IP and do not apply scanning or content filtering and check if the user is able to access/download the file from outlook.

I solved that issue, i created a new rule and i described ip range through sophos firewall and fixed
