Cannot create Sophos ID

Hello,

We are having issues creating Sophos ID for new devices, and also reset passwords to old ones.

We keep getting "Authentication Failed" all the time.

Anyone faced this issue?

In the bottom, it says Reset password. We have received the verification code and set it, but we cannot reset the password.

It looks like Sophos does not like domains other than gmail or Office 365...
