sophos xg unable to receive ntp server time

Hi everyone ,

i have configured sophos xg to use custom NTP server , although the traffic from and to my ntp server is working fine , but sophos xg unable to receive the time on my ntp server .

i have tested my ntp server using two sophos xg firewalls , but the time on the first firewall is different from the time on the second firewall although they are using the same custom ntp server

Any Ideas ?

Hi Mostafs Saber

From both the firewall where you are using custom NTP server, would you please share below details:

1) Working Firewall

a) #date ( command output)
b) Login over XG.

Navigate to System -> Administration -> Time ( Collect this snapshot and share with us).

2) Non- working Firewall

Same output of a & b for the non working Firewall.

Thanks for sharing the output. Please also share CLI output of #date command as point a) from both the firewall.
