As of now it is known issue with ID NCR-2885.

Patch is available with support and you may log a support case to apply the workaround/patch.

Hello Vishal,

Currently, this is in install process, and cannot patch it because the iView not pass the activation process and cannot continue with the installation.

Is there any other workaround or solution about this?.

The only solution apart from patch is to wait for fix version and which is set to iView 03.01 MR2 as of now. ( Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA on release of iView 03.01 MR2).
