Sophos iView - HTTP Error 403.0 - ITSERVICELAYER_CLIENT_AUTHENTICATION

Hello everyone,

I need some help about the Sophos iView activation process, currently i have some issues about this because it not activates and the logs shows the next output:

 

 

Is there any issue with the sophos activation portals or something?

    Hello Vishal,

    Currently, this is in install process, and cannot patch it because the iView not pass the activation process and cannot continue with the installation.

     

    Is there any other workaround or solution about this?.
