slow download and upload

My speed link is 500 for  download   300 for upload .

The laptop is dell E7440 

3 NIC are assign to the VM ( 1 for the lan + 1 for the WAN + 1 In host-only ) + 4 Vcpu  + 2go RAM

It's a fresh install the NO IPS

when you look at the Network settings on the XG, does it show auto negotiate, sounds like it is locked to 10mb/s?

In sophos XG I can see the two 1Gbs network cards.

I just did the installation again in 17
And there I have a very good flow
500 in downlload and 400 in upload
Which is really great
But I still can't restore my configuration.

As I was launched I updated version 17.5.12 MR-12 freshly installed to 18 and there I have the problem of debit

I will finally stay on version 17.5.12 for the moment but there I especially have the migration problem between the SFVH version and the SF01V version
When I restore my backup I have an error
When I restore the configuration also I have an error
Yet my two versions are at the same level
I have the same number of network cards on both
And I really don't want to start my configuration from scratch.

you will need 4gb of ram to upgrade to v18.

What are the errors you are seeing on restoring, a backup and configuration are the same thing?

Versions are v17.5.9 MR-9, V17.5.10 MR-10, V17.5.12 MR-12

The issue could be that you are going from a 2 CPU to 4 CPU system.

The problem was the number of vcpu.
I reduced the number of vcpu to 2 then, I redid my backup
And there I was finally able to restore my configuration.
