slow download and upload

Good morning all
I have been using my sophos XG Home for almost 4 years in VM on HYPER-V
My host is a laptop
As I want to change my infra I opted for a mini PC dual lan

But I meet two problem

1st problem Unable to resume my backup for the restored on my new physical hardware (this is maybe normal?)

2nd problem
Which is the most annoying problem.
I have been very bad since.
Download speed / 10 upload speed / 5
I checked well and the network card is well recognized by sophos in 1Gbit
Do you have an idea ?

    What speed is your link?
    What was the CPU on your laptop and how many NICs and CPUs were assigned to the XG VM instance?
    Which version of XG are you using?
    Please check the IPS settings on the GUI page.

    Thanks for your quick answer 

     

    My speed link is 500 for  download   300 for upload .

    The laptop is dell E7440 

    3 NIC are assign to the VM ( 1 for the lan + 1 for the WAN + 1 In host-only ) + 4 Vcpu  + 2go RAM

     

    It's a fresh install the NO IPS 

     

    SFOS 17.5.10 MR-9 but i move to the SFOS 17.5.10 MR-12 yesterday
