Not able to login to Webadmin via WAN

Hi,

 

After a hotfix applied recently, my xg firewall asked for a password reset and I have changed the password.

after that, I'm not able to log in via WAN(from public IP), a captcha is there but the image is not showing.

I'm able to log in from LAN no captcha is there.

    If I am not wrong, you are able to get Web admin of XG however only captcha is broken then it is known issue to us with ID NC-59762 and Dev team is working on same.

    Workaround : Restart the tomcat service will fix the issue. 

    #service tomcat:restart -ds nosync
