Sophos XG set WAN static IP and Internet down every 4 hours

I use Sophos XG Home Edition install on ESXi. Before I connect internet by use PPPoE connectin and working properly (3 yeas ago).

Last 3 days I change Internet provider and change WAN to Static Public IP Address. after that internet was down every 4 hours cause Sophos XG cannot ping to gateway.

I try to update interface and then Internet working. but every 4 hours have problem again. And I try to find log but no log detail about problem. Log SYSTEM show only "Gateway STEC-WAN1 is Down".

Please advice me for solve problem.

    Hi  

    In the WAN link manager,>> Failover rules which IP has been configured? That IP will be used to identify the gateway status as XG will keep pinging that IP and after certain interval, if there is no response, it will mark the gateway down, you may change that IP to some stable public IP like 8.8.8.8 and verify the issue.
