L2TP - Status: Violation - Local-ACL

Client: Windows 10
SFOS: SFOS 17.5.9 MR-9

Hello,

I made the configuration for L2TP connection as described in KB Sophos.

I can't connect in any way.

In the packt Captue I have the following message:

PORT: 1701
STATUS: VIOLATION
REASON: LOCAL_ACL

In Device Access everything is released.

In Local service ACL exception rule I have no rules for dropping the connection.

And now what is left?

    Hi

    Also check if there is a firewall rule blocking any zone, because if 'any' is checked the firewall considers the 'Local' zone as well.

    I had similar problems and that was influencing.

    Eu tinha uma regra de drop LAN to WAN. Desabilitei a regra, mas recebo a mesma mensagem.

     

    Achei que poderia ser algo no meu provedor, testei de outros lugares e tenho o mesmo problema. Em outros firewalls que tenho XG, tbm tenho problema. É algo na configuração que nao esta certo. 

    Segui o KB da Sophos a risca, mas tenho o mesmo erro.
