There seem to be two places to configure QoS - DSCP as part of SD-WAN policies and the Priority setting under Traffic Shaping.
Does anyone know how they differ and how they interact?

There are also a number of settings your firewall rule.
DSCP sets the packet priority in the overall traffic and assumes the ISP system respects the priority setting where as traffic shaping is the amount of bandwidth you have assigned to an application of network eg my VoIP system has a DSCP of 10 and a traffic shaping of 16-64.
