Sophos Connect client constantly disconnecting

All our Sophos Connect clients get disconnected every 15 minutes or less.

On the XG itself we see IPSEC terminated for all Sophos Connect VPN connections but they can reconnect

From the Sophos Connect client we see Connection has been disabled by the gateway and Failed to establish child SA (Security Association)

Do have the idle time out enabled on the Connect configuration? If so, you will need to adjust your timeout settings in the box below.

I have the same issue too.

Idle time out is enabled for 999 secs. But the tunnel gets disconnected even if it is not idle.
