Waiting for Home license

Hi,

I submitted the form to register for Home XG few days ago and didnt hear back yet. On average, how long I should wait to get the email with my license info?

    Hi folks,

    the home licence is not a request that requires someone in Sophos to respond to. You create an account and setup your licence which emailed to you. You fill out a lot of answers on the mandatory fields before you can download the software.

    If you have applied for a licence then you are using the wrong form.

    you are somehow correct. for some reason I tried logging in to sophos with a username that i created then applied for the XG Home and that worked and i got another email with a serial#. before, i tried the same thing on the same form without logging in and I got an email that i should wait for a serial# and advised me to register for a sophos account.
