Log Viewer issue

Hello,

I have a XG85 running for a small office.

I decide to check some logs but for my surprise the only thing I can see in the IPS/Admin/Web Filter, etc is this:

Im running the latest firmware.

I can see the packets on the firewall tab but from time to time, I got those square brackets in between the packets.

    Thanks for the response.

    Are you connecting to the WAN interface or the LAN interface or via Wireless?

    Also could you try to clear your web cache or alternatively try another machine?

    You could try and stop the IPS service temporarily to see if this resolves your problem.  If it does, then its possible that your device is under sized for the network its in.

    The XG85 is good for a maximum of 5-10 devices depending on features enabled.  This includes users and end peripherals that reach out to the internet or across zones.
