XG log ATP emails not being sent

Yes, thank you, I've read it several times prior to posting, and as I said, our XG is mailing fine but the ATP logs that should be auto sent are not being sent.

Yes we are getting the alerts in the log and on the dashboard. But we are not getting the emails sent out.

I called Sophos support this morning (case ref 9663489) who have informed me that the feature is NOT available and that we have to raise a feature request!

Thank you for the head's up. It's a pity they've been telling us since at least April 2019 that it is already built in. I'm not going to risk a production firewall on a Beta O/S though.

The KB is wrong.

Up to 17.x, notifications are very limited to VPN up/down and red tunnels.
