XG log ATP emails not being sent

Hi,

Unless I've misread & misunderstood things, I thought that when ATP drops a malicious connection that an email is generated automatically. Emailing is correctly set up as far as I'm aware and we get weekly configuration backups emailed out to us.

What have I got wrong?

    Thank you for trying to help me -- apologies I have been away for a few days.

    I called Sophos support this morning (case ref 9663489) who have informed me that the feature is NOT available and that we have to raise a feature request!
