SG115 migration to xg home

Dear all,

I am desperate ... I have a sg115 hardware appliance with formerly UTM running (home license). Today I wiped the ssd and installed the Sophos XG software iso with success. 

 

My initial plan was to migrate my utmost home license - that did not work. So I generated a new xg home license key but I am not able to enter it in the licensing dialog. the appliance always want to generate its own number and now set me to basic firewall functions for a month. 

 

is there any possibility to use the sg115 with xg as home user?

    Hey LuCar,

    thanks a lot for your response. I did that with downloading the SW-17-5-9-MR-9-577 but I am not able to enter the serial number I got via mail.

    I have to click continue and login to my Sophos account where it finds my utmost appliance and handles the rest with Device serial ...

Children
