Can't block a *.us website

Where did you block the Website and how did you block it?

Is it a HTTPs Website? 

Under Protect->Web->URL Groups, Yes it is a https

Do you scan HTTPs in your Firewall Rules? 

Otherwise this blocking could not work, because XG cannot see, that your client is connecting to your *.us Site.

Have you added that URL group to the web policy and apply to the LAN to WAN firewall rule? This process is explained in this KBA: Sophos XG Firewall: How to allow/block websites using custom categories and/or URL groups.

I had this issue last year. The XG was unable to help with Top Level Domains. I ended up using DNS to block the site. Just create a new Zone with the name of us on your internal DNS server. From there your clients should look to your internal DNS server for the record and it will be blank and basically tell you client the server does not exist. 

this is block due to virus.

The other reason may be that your website doesn't have any ssl.
