communication between lan and alias

Hello everyone.
A simple question.
In the same interface I have main address and an alias, below is a network scheme.
issue is the computer that is on the network 10.248.3.0 ping the address of the other network 192.168.50.0. But it does not open web page.

in the firewall rules, full traffic was placed between lan to lan networks

in FW log shows lock by rule 0.

follows attached. Can you help me how to make logical communication between these networks work?

I am not using vlan for this tracking.

    I do not get the point in using a Alias with a completely different Subnet? 

    Is it a VLAN Network?

    If your switch is doing Layer 3 routing, you should act with that and only using the LAN IP, not alias.

    what is the purpose of the alias?
    Alright, let's think that if I put then as a vlan in case vlan 20, in the interface of fw port1.
    On the switch the video equipment port is on vlan 20.

    I can only pin ip from vlan on the fw interface.
    the device do not have communication?

    Hi,

    you appear to gave a NAT in your inter-LAN firewall rule, please remove it as NAT is not required.
