communication between lan and alias

Question

Hello everyone. A simple question. In the same interface I have main address and an alias, below is a network scheme. issue is the computer that is on the network 10.248.3.0 ping the address of the other network 192.168.50.0. But it does not open web page. 
 in the firewall rules, full traffic was placed between lan to lan networks 
 in FW log shows lock by rule 0. 
 follows attached. Can you help me how to make logical communication between these networks work? 
 I am not using vlan for this tracking.

 Alias IP addresses must be in the same network as the main one. This configuration will not work. 
 I.E if you use different IP, how can you configure the default IP addresses on the interface? Use VLAN or another physical interface. This configuration is not recommended.
