Missing Firewall policies

the screenshots do not help. Please share firewall rules and also share the log viewer and highlight the traffic that is allowed but no rules exist.

Make sure you hide the XG serial number from screenshot.

Hi,

looks  like you have created a rule group which is hiding your rule.

Click on it and it should expand to show you the details.

Something that I've noticed is once you create a firewall rule, every rule you create after that defaults to be added to that group.  This can be confusing.  You need to "Click" to not add the rule to the group.
